OK.  So you have a couple of  unsold units (pardon the pun) you need to unload and the”Free Commador 64 with Purchase” promotion is just not doing the trick to sell those last remaining ones.  Maybe you should try spicing sales up with a “Banana Hammock Optional” community pool as one complex has done in Florida.
